With $500 and the notion of play, how can one thoughtfully engage a community?
There is a famous Italian saying that goes, Va dove ti porta il coure which means “Go where your heart takes you” or “follow your heart.” Va dove ti porta il cono translates to “Go where your cone takes you” or “follow your cone.”
We strung concrete gelato cones from trees in a local park, each with a “golden ticket” for free gelato. Once the finder drew “their favorite thing of Riva San Vitale” on an adjacent board, the ticket could be redeemed for free gelato at the local gelateria.
